Amir Khosrowshahi is VP and CTO of AI products at Intel.
His team is focused on building machine learning systems, including novel processors, software, algorithms, and solutions, as well as working with companies, academia, and government on a broad range of AI issues. He joined Intel as part of the acquisition of Nervana where he was co-founder and CTO. He has a research background in neuroscience, machine learning, and distributed computing. He started his career at Goldman Sachs where he headed a derivatives trading operation. Khosrowshahi holds a BA and MA in physics and mathematics from Harvard and a PhD in computational neuroscience from Berkeley.
