Karina is Co-Founder and COO of the Process Mining Company Lana Labs.
After completing her Bachelor degree in Anthropology and Economics, Karina graduated from the Technical University Berlin with a Master of Science in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship. She started her professional career as a technology analyst in the automotive industry, and co-founded the e-commerce furniture brand www.mb-zwo.de. In 2015 she met her future business partners at the Hasso Plattner Institute with whom she has since successfully established Lana Labs.
The Berlin-based software company is a specialist for the automated analysis of business and production processes. A specially developed machine learning algorithm automatically determines saving and optimization potential in business processes. The goal of Lana Labs is to make companies smarter, more efficient and faster through automated process analysis with LANA Process Mining - as well as more sustainable by enabling optimal resource usage.
